When you first open the mod in GE are you creating a new camera and switching to that? Using the mod's camera to move around will screw it up, or maybe it's getting accidently bumped while you're editing the nodes. Then delete the camera before saving. Hope this helps.
Nevermind. I fixed it. The exactfillroot node needs to be fixed. Copy your fill volume, put that instead of a transform group for the exact fill root node. put the collision at 30
